Redeeming your RAC Member Benefits has been designed to be as straightforward as possible, so hopefully on this page you’ll find answers to any of your questions.

How do I redeem my RAC Member Benefits offer?
First you need to log in using the lead name on your policy, along with your postcode. We will then validate your details.
Once you’ve logged in, select the offer you are interested in redeeming. On the right hand side of the page you will see a redeem button with instructions for how to redeem that particular offer.
There are three ways to redeem an offer:
- Telephone redemption
- Online redemption
- Voucher redemption
Telephone redemption: Once you’ve clicked on the redeem button a telephone number and voucher code will appear. Dial the number and quote the relevant promotional code to receive your saving.
Online redemption: This time when you click redeem you will be taken to the relevant third party booking engine. If you are required to enter a promotional code you will be prompted to save a promotional code before you click on the redeem button and move through to the third party website. If there isn’t a prompt to enter a promotional code the discount will automatically be applied.
Voucher redemption: When you click on the redeem button you’ll be presented with a voucher PDF. Simply print the voucher and take it with you together with your RAC Membership Card. Please note: You will need to make the third party aware of the discount on arrival and before work is carried out.

If you are experiencing problems logging onto the site, please provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Am I eligible to benefit from RAC Member Benefits if my membership has been acquired via a 3rd party?
Third parties (such as Club Toyota, Barclays, Halifax, HBOS or M&S) who offer RAC Membership are unfortunately not entitled to use the benefits at the moment. RAC Member Benefits are a benefit of being a direct member with RAC for RAC Breakdown, RAC European Breakdown Cover or RAC Car Insurance customer.
* Calls are charged between 1p and 13p per minute, plus a 15p call set up fee from landlines. Calls from mobiles are typically between 5p and 41p per minute. Calls may be monitored and/or recorded.
